During our family vacation at the Black Bull, we found it to be a convenient base for exploring nearby attractions like the Falkirk Wheel and Kelpies. Tucked away in the peaceful village of Cumbernauld, entering the hotel via a simple key box made our arrival smooth. While our room was compact, it offered comfort and warmth, essential after our explorations. The cleanliness was commendable, and the beds provided a restful night's sleep. The bustling pub next door did not disturb our quiet retreat. An enjoyable highlight was dining at the Coorie adjacent to the Bull, where the food surpassed our expectations, making it ideal for families. Breakfast there also catered wonderfully to our needs. We appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and will certainly consider returning on our next trip to Scotland.
